2. What we collect
- Account / waitlist data: first name, last name, email address, and any details you submit through our forms.
- Connected-platform data: read-access metrics from the advertising accounts you connect (for example campaign performance figures) used solely to provide monitoring and alerts.
- Usage data: technical and behavioral data about how you use the website and app (pages viewed, actions in the signup funnel), collected through analytics where you have consented.
3. Why we use it (purposes and legal bases)
- To provide the Service (monitoring, alerts, account management) — performance of a contract.
- To send transactional and product emails (confirmation, important notices) — contract / legitimate interest.
- To measure and improve the website and funnel through analytics — your consent (see cookies below).
- To comply with legal and tax obligations — legal obligation.
4. Service providers (processors)
We share data only with the providers needed to run crumplz:

5. Cookies and consent
We use a cookie consent banner. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are only set after you accept, using consent-mode controls. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the banner / cookie settings. Strictly necessary cookies required to operate the site do not require consent.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example tax records), then delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@crumplz.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD) or your local authority.
